A Canadian company planning to produce tefina applied to the pharmacological laboratory of the University of Liege, known for its success in rationalizing and optimizing the processes of industrial production of medicines, with a request to optimize the product. Laboratory specialists have developed a gel composition that ensures the introduction of the necessary dose of testosterone in one go, without violating the integrity of the epithelium of the nasal mucosa.

Tefina is intended for women suffering from anorgasmia – the inability to develop an orgasm for organic, behavioral or psychological reasons. Currently, the drug is undergoing phase II clinical trials in the USA, Canada and Australia.
