EurasiaBio-2010
The second International Congress, Exhibition and partnership on biotechnologies, bioenergy and bioeconomics "EurasiaBio-2010" will be held on April 13-15, 2010 at the World Trade Center (Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 12, entrance No. 4).
What is EurasiaBio?
This is an annual global event in biotechnology and bioeconomics, where global trends in the development of biotechnology are analyzed, tasks and priorities for the development of the industry in Russia are determined, interim results are summed up, legislative initiatives are formulated, and practical issues are resolved on the broad integration of biotechnology into the economy, promoting the development of science and international cooperation, attracting investment for the implementation of promising commercial projects, training of professional personnel, support of young scientists.
Scientific program of the Congress
it covers the most relevant, "breakthrough" areas of world and Russian biotechnology. Leading Russian and foreign experts will make presentations at the Congress. The materials of the Congress will be presented in the form of a Collection containing abstracts of reports, presentations, as well as abstracts of all scientists and specialists working in the field of biotechnology and wishing to take part in the Congress in absentia. A large-scale poster session will also be organized, where the authors of theses can clearly present their scientific work.
What will be new at the "EurasiaBio-2010"?
The latest achievements in the field of biotechnology in various countries of the world will be widely presented at the international exhibition on biotechnology and bioenergy with an area of 2500 sq.m.

Scientific and commercial organizations working in the field of biotechnology, ecology, energy, agriculture, medicine and pharmaceuticals, investment and venture funds, banks, business representatives, the scientific community, mass media, regional and national biotechnology associations, state centers for biotechnology and academic organizations.
Presentations of biotech companies
Biotech companies are given the opportunity to make a 15-minute presentation as part of the Congress program. The program of presentations will also feature bioclusters and bioregions of Russia and foreign countries.

During the Congress, the International Exhibition of Biotechnology Companies "EurasiaBio-2010" will be held, where Russian and foreign exhibitors will present their products, services, innovative ideas and technologies.
Satellite events:
Satellite events of the Congress are the 5th International Congress "Fuel Bioethanol", the 5th scientific and practical conference "Medbiotech", the forum "Biotechnology and Society", a competition of journalists for the best publication on biotechnology problems, specialized training courses.
