Genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics and nanobiotechnology for medicine
Dear colleagues and friends!
We inform you that the 5th Anniversary International Conference "Genomics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics and Nanobiotechnology for Medicine" (GPBNM-2010) will be held from May 31 to June 5, 2010 on the ship "Kronstadt", following the route St. Petersburg-Valaam-Konevets–Kizhi–St. Petersburg.
The conference is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Director of the IBMH of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor Alexander Ivanovich Archakov.

The scientific program of the conference will include four sessions:
• Genomics: synthetic genomes;
• Proteomics: the Human Proteome Project;
• Bioinformatics: from sequence to function;
• Nanobiotechnology: visualization, counting and manipulation of single biomolecules
and the symposium "Cytochromes P450: natural and laboratory diversity".
The conference participants and accompanying persons will have the opportunity to admire the wide expanses of Lake Ladoga and Lake Onega, visit the islands of Valaam, Konevets and Kizhi, get acquainted with their natural beauty, hermitages, past and present, as well as with the flavor of the Russian village of Verkhniye Mandrogi on the banks of the Svir River, where a green parking lot and an open-air picnic are planned.
To participate in the Conference, you must arrive in the city of St. Petersburg.
