The II International Partnership Forum will be held in St. Petersburg
«Life Sciences Invest. Partnering Russia»
From November 29 to November 30, 2012, St. Petersburg for the second time will become the central platform for the International Forum "Life Sciences Invest. Partnering Russia" is the most successful Russian partnering event aimed at activating business contacts between companies and investors in the field of pharmaceuticals, radiology, medical industry and biotechnology. The event will be held at the hotel "Corinthia St. Petersburg" (Nevsky Ave., 57).
The Forum will be held with the support of the Government of St. Petersburg, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The organizing partner of the forum is the leading international operator of partnering events in the biotechnology market - the company "EBD Group" (Great Britain).
The forum is organized by the non-profit partnership "Medical and Pharmaceutical Projects. XXI century".
The Forum is aimed at supporting relevant federal programs for the development of the pharmaceutical, medical industry, radiology and the biotechnology market, as one of the key areas contributing to the creation of comfortable living conditions and stability, creating the basis for dynamic economic growth of the state.
Goals of "Life Sciences Invest":
- promoting the attractiveness of the Russian Life Sciences market for doing business and attracting investments;
- development of partnerships with the world's leading clusters and companies;
- technology transfer and creation of infrastructure for the innovative development of Life Sciences in Russia.
The event will be attended by more than 300 delegates – representatives of state authorities, international and Russian pharmaceutical companies, major clusters and associations, manufacturers and developers of medicines, innovative medical products and equipment, educational institutions and research institutes, financial institutions and investment companies.
According to the director of NP "Medical and pharmaceutical projects. XXI century” Dmitry Chagin, Life Sciences Invest is the main partnership event in Russia for professionals and experts of the biopharmaceutical and medical market, the dynamic development of which is necessary to ensure and improve the quality of life of the population."
The forum program includes:
- presentations of promising innovative projects,
- round tables and seminars on state regulation of pharmaceutical business, protection of investments in the industry, clinical trials in Russia, development of radiology and nuclear medicine, and others,
- two-day satellite seminar on radiology for doctors (November 1-2, 2012).
- two satellite events on the preservation of reproductive health, and the innovative development of sports medicine and rehabilitation (November 29 and 30, 2012).
