The Innovation Convention invites young scientists of Russia

The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs invites young scientists to take part in the first annual Russian Youth Innovation Convention, which will be held on December 9-10 in Moscow.

The Innovation Convention is an annual all–Russian event aimed at stimulating innovative scientific activity, forming a Russian pool of young scientists capable of breathing new life into domestic science. The event is held under the patronage of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. Participation in the Convention is included in the working schedule of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

The Convention will be attended by more than 1,000 specialists under the age of 35 (including about 200 of our compatriots living abroad) engaged in all fields of innovation – from scientists and inventors to managers and heads of venture companies.

The culmination of the event will be the awarding of the national prize in the field of science and innovation support. Specialists with significant achievements and authority in their field of activity, as well as innovation centers - universities, technology parks, research institutes, commercial companies can apply for the award.

Nonresident/foreign participants are paid for travel expenses, as well as free accommodation and meals.To participate in the Convention, fill out the on-line participant questionnaire.
