NOTIFICATION OF AN OPEN COMPETITION
1. The name of the competition is "Development of highly effective technologies for obtaining medicines, medical equipment and medical devices for the diagnosis and treatment of socially significant diseases"
Auctions are conducted by the Customer for small businesses. In accordance with the joint letter of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, FAS of Russia on August 18, 2009 No. 13479-AP/D05 / AC/27510 "On Clarification of the Norms of Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 regarding the placement of orders from small businesses", the participant in the order placement must meet the requirements of paragraphs 1, 2, 3 part 1 of Article 4 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007 and declare in the quotation application compliance with the requirements established by Article 4 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007 (on the amount of the authorized (pooled) capital (unit fund) of small businesses, on the number of employees for the previous calendar year and about the proceeds from the sale of goods (works, services) for the previous calendar year).

In case of sending the tender documentation by mail, the sender does not assume responsibility for the loss or late delivery of the tender documentation.
There is no fee for the tender documentation.
6. Place, date and time of opening envelopes with applications for participation in the competition and opening access to applications submitted in the form of electronic documents for participation in the competition. 7. The benefits provided to the institutions of the penal enforcement system and (or) organizations of persons with disabilities engaged in the production of goods, performance of works, provision of services are not provided.
8. The customer conducting the auction may change any information specified in this notice by publishing it on the website www.zakupki.gov.ru Notices of amendments to the notice of the competition. The specified Notice of amendments to the notice of the competition will be an integral part of this notice.
All interested persons who, in accordance with this notice, have been provided with the tender documentation prior to the publication of the Notice of Amendments, will be sent appropriate notices of amendments to this notice to the address indicated by such interested person upon receipt of the tender documentation.
