The best investment project
The International Cooperation Section of the Regions of the Senatorial Club of the Federation Council, with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and the leadership of the regions of the Russian Federation, is holding the All-Russian competition "The Best Investment Project".
Objectives of the competition:• Activation of investment activity and increase of investment potential in the real sector of the economy of the Russian Federation;
• Stimulating the improvement of the quality of preparation of investment projects in the Russian Federation;
• Assistance to enterprises in presenting prepared projects to potential investors;
• Attraction of additional extra-budgetary funds to the Russian Federation for the development of the country's economy;
• Assistance to the regions in determining the main prospects and directions of development;
• Monitoring of the law enforcement practice of the investment legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Creation of the Federal Unified Database of Investment Projects of Russia (FUBIPR)
• Providing potential investors with information about the investment opportunities of Russian regions in the multilingual support mode.
Participation in the Competition:Individuals and organizations of the Russian Federation can take part in the Competition, regardless of the organizational and legal form, the composition of the owners and the place of implementation of the project.
Investment projects of foreign participants are allowed to participate in the competition if the place of implementation of these projects is the territory of the Russian Federation. The number of participants is unlimited. Participation in the contest is free of charge.
The competition is held from April 1, 2010 to April 1, 2011. The interim results of the Competition are summed up monthly. The final results of the Competition are summed up by April 30, 2011.
WinnersAccording to the monthly results of the Competition, 3 places are awarded.
The winner of the monthly total receives a Diploma for the 1st place in the Competition from the Section of International Cooperation of the Regions of the Senatorial Club, a newsletter with our recommendations to 5 profile investors and the right to place an announcement about the project on the main page of the Section portal (in all language versions of the portal implemented at the time of summing up) and on the current page of the portal within a month.
The winner of the 2nd place receives a Diploma for the 2nd place in the Competition from the Section of International Cooperation of the Regions of the Senatorial Club, a newsletter with our recommendations to 3 profile investors and the right to place an announcement about the project on the Official Russia page of our portal (in all language versions of the portal implemented at the time of summing up) and on the current the portal page within a month.
The winner of the 3rd place receives a Diploma for the 3rd place in the Competition from the Section of International Cooperation of the Regions of the Senatorial Club, a letter with our recommendations to 1 profile investor and the right to place an announcement about the project on the "About Section" page of our portal (in all language versions of the portal implemented at the time of summing up) and on the current the portal page within a month.
In the period from April 15 to April 30, 2011, the Competition Commission will hold a meeting at which the nominees for the title of "Best Investment Project" will be announced. The winners (3 first places) will receive the support of the Section in the executive authorities of the Russian Federation, and will also be awarded diplomas of the Senatorial Club.
