As Zukhra Pavlova, MD, endocrinologist, noted, it is hard to imagine that a person who watches his health can regularly eat bacon, especially fried bacon.

"In 100 g of browned bacon contains more than 97 thousand units of CRP (glycation end products) - one of the main factors of aging. Any 'browning' is also harmful," the doctor warned.

However, in the list of particularly harmful to health products, from which it is better to refuse in the first place, some experts put sugar in the first place.

Various flavored yogurts, which many people choose for a "healthy" breakfast, snack, contain large amounts of sugar.

"In fact, it is a dessert like ice cream and cakes, and not a healthy breakfast at all," said the endocrinologist, adding that there are also questions about various sodas, which are not only a source of sugar, but may contain dyes, which already gives rise to questions about the carcinogenicity of such products.

The first product that should be removed from the diet to keep the heart and blood vessels healthy is sugar, previously expressed confidence candidate of medical sciences, cardiologist Anna Korenevich. The problem is not only that consuming sweets on a regular basis a person gains excess weight, which is then hard to burn, but also in the development of atherosclerosis, the emergence of dangerous pathologies of blood vessels and other ailments, she specified.

"The first and main product, which may sound very unexpected, is not pork, not lard, not some fatty meat, but sugar," - says the expert.
