How to forge personnel for the Russian pharmaceutical industry?
Foundation "Center for Economic Research and Dissemination of Economic Information "Open Economy"" together with the Federal Agency for Science and Innovation and the Center for High Technologies "HimRar" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, the Company "Park-Media", the publication "Science and Technology of Russia" sTRF.ru , and also, leading specialists of research and educational institutes, personnel services of domestic pharmaceutical companies hold an expert discussion on the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Russia, and invites you to participate in a round table on the topic: "The problem of training and restoring human resources for high-tech industries on the example of the Russian pharmaceutical industry."
The reorientation of the domestic pharmaceutical industry to an innovative path of development provides not only for the creation of the necessary infrastructure at the global level, but also for the training of highly qualified scientific and technical specialists in the field of development and production of medicines. The shortage of young researchers, technologists and engineering personnel at pharmaceutical enterprises is already noticeable and may become one of the factors hindering the further development of this sector of the economy. To launch an innovative cycle of drug development, it is necessary to train three to four thousand young scientists in the very near future. Also, special attention should be paid to the elaboration of mechanisms for the return of specialists who went abroad in the 90s.
