Competition of works for the 2009 Government of the Russian Federation Awards in the field of science and technology for young scientists
The Interdepartmental Council for Awarding Prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology announces a competition of works for the 2009 prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for young scientists.
Works for the prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for young scientists (hereinafter referred to as prizes) of the next year are accepted from the moment the Interdepartmental Council for Awarding Prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Science and Technology announced in February in the mass media the competition of works for prizes until April 15.
The prizes are awarded annually for the most significant achievements in the field of science and technology:• scientific and technical research and development, culminating in the creation of fundamentally new technologies, equipment, devices, equipment, materials and substances;
• practical implementation of inventions that open up new directions in engineering and technology;
• research developments that have contributed to improving the efficiency of the real sector of the economy.
Young scientists, professors and teachers of educational institutions, postgraduates, doctoral students, as well as specialists working in various sectors of the country's economy, both individually and as part of the team of young scientists, can take part in the competition of works for prizes.
The age of applicants, except for the supervisor of the author's team of young scientists, should not exceed 33 years on the date of nomination for the award.
The submission of works must be made before April 15 this year in accordance with the Procedure for submitting works for the Government of the Russian Federation Awards in the field of science and technology for young scientists. The procedure is published on the website of Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
