Competition of young scientists from Alltech

Alltech invites university students and graduates to take part in the Competition of Young Scientists.

First prize:in the category "Students" – $5000

in the "Graduate" category – $10,000
The company also pays for travel to the international stage of the competition, which will be held from May 17 to May 20, 2009 in Kentucky (USA).

The competition was established by Alltech to support young scientists and search for talented specialists. Participation in the program gives the contestants an opportunity to get acquainted with the work of one of the world's leading companies in the feed industry.

The competition consists of two stages – regional and international.

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to submit an application and submit a scientific paper on one of the topics that relates to the use of natural methods for solving animal health problems before February 28, 2009.

The winners of the regional stage can take part in an international competition, where each candidate must submit a scientific poster (poster report) and a presentation to the jury.

The international competition will be held at the Alltech World Quarterly Convention in Kentucky during the 25th International Symposium on Animal Health and Feeding.
