ERA CoBioTech Program
The Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation has joined the new ERA CoBioTech initiative, a multilateral European program under the auspices of the new EU Horizon 2020 Framework Program, which combined several Eranet programs from the 7th Framework Program: ERA–IB (Industrial Biotechnologies, the Foundation has participated since 2012), as well as ERA-SysBio (Systems Biology) and ERASynBio (Synthetic biology).
The application is submitted in two stages:
- At the first stage, a preliminary application (Pre-proposal) is submitted – until 02.03.2017.
- At the second stage, a full application (Full proposal) is submitted – until 07/25/17
The consortium should consist of partners from the following countries that participate in this initiative:
France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Latvia, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Great Britain, Portugal, Turkey, Slovenia, Argentina, Israel, Italy, Switzerland and should include, in addition to a small innovative enterprise from Russia, organizations from AT LEAST two EU member states or associated countries.

A preliminary application is submitted in the ERA CoBioTech system.
If the project passes the Pre-proposal stage and is recommended for Full proposal, you will need to apply to the Innovation Assistance Fund through the Foundation-M AC system (access will be opened in April).
