Nanolympics 2011/2012

All-Russian Intellectual Forum – Olympiad in NanotechnologyThe Internet Olympiad on Nanotechnology has traditionally been included in the draft order of the Ministry of Education and Science on the list of Olympiads for the 2011/2012 academic year (number 4 in the list) on the complex of subjects "chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology".

The Regulations and Regulations of the Olympiad for the 2011/2012 academic year have not undergone significant changes and are being prepared for signing by the Rector of Moscow State University. The main changes being made to the Regulation are increasing the role of the Correspondence Nanotechnology School (ZNTS), which this year includes the possibility of developing and defending school research projects for authorized schools, in accordance with the instructions given here (other participants will be able to participate in creative competitions or submit already prepared projects).

Dates of the Olympiad for schoolchildren participating in tests on the complex of subjects "chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology":

• Registration and re-registration of participants: from November 19, 2011 to January 29, 2012 (ONGOING)
• Training tour and training school: from November 19, 2011 to January 29, 2012 (ONGOING, it DOES NOT include the loading of any project work)
• Qualifying round: from January 25 to January 29, 2012 (not yet started)
• Correspondence theoretical tour: from February 10 to March 5, 2012 (not started yet)
• Verification of the works of the correspondence tour: from March 6 to March 8, 2012
• Appeal (in remote form): from March 8 to March 9, 2012
• Results of correspondence rounds: March 10, 2012
• Gathering and settlement of participants, opening of the Olympiad, face-to-face tour, school-conference of face-to-face tour, experimental and theoretical face-to-face tours, appeal, career guidance, award ceremony: during March 20 – 27, 2012

Participants of the Internet Olympiad Club (that is, those who previously registered for the Olympiads of this series) are asked to enter their "Olympiad" login and password (or use the procedure to restore it and then enter it), then update their questionnaire (there should be a link at the top left "Edit application"). At the same time, you can check or uncheck "participate in the Olympiad" depending on your intentions. For new participants, registration is required, which will take into account your profile as a site user (by default, a site user becomes a participant of the Olympiad only after registering for the Olympiad and verifying the reported data).
