Russian-French innovations
The Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere, together with the French innovation agency OSEO-Innovation, announces the start of collecting proposals for joint Franco-Russian projects aimed at creating innovative products and technological developments with the participation of small enterprises.
This initiative is carried out within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Industrial and Technological Developments between France (on behalf of OSEO-Innovation) and Russia (on behalf of the Development Assistance Fund of the IFPNTS). The main goal is to stimulate and develop bilateral scientific and technological cooperation between Russian and French small innovative enterprises conducting applied research.
Support can be provided to Franco-Russian research projects aimed at priority technologies from the point of view of the French and Russian sides, without limiting thematic areas.
The application can be submitted by a consortium consisting of at least two partners (one each from the Russian and French sides). A prerequisite is the participation of a small enterprise (as the leader of the consortium). Other organizations (research institutes, universities) can participate in the project only in a consortium with a small enterprise.
The consortium, consisting of applicants from the French and Russian sides, submits a joint application simultaneously to OSEO-Innovation and to the Russian Fund for Assistance to Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Field until January 30, 2010.
The application is submitted electronically to the Russian Foundation for Assistance to Small Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Field in the name of Olga Levchenko in Russian (from Russian applicants) and to OSEO-Innovation (from French applicants) - in English and French, in the name of Mr. Didier Chaton.
For Russian applicants, the application must consist of two parts:1. Form A
2. Form B (detailed description of the project, in any form, in Russian)
Attention! A prerequisite for participation, both for Russian and French companies, is to provide co-financing from their own or attracted sources in the amount of at least 100% of the requested amount. The maximum amount of support for Russian applicants is 4,000,000 rubles.
