Russian Government Awards for Young Scientists
The Interdepartmental Council for Awarding Prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of science and technology announces a competition of works for the 2010 Government of the Russian Federation awards in the field of science and technology for young scientists.
The prizes are awarded for the following most significant achievements in the field of science and technology: • scientific and technical research and development, culminating in the creation and widespread use in the production of fundamentally new technologies, equipment, devices, equipment, materials and substances;
• practical implementation of inventions that open up new directions in engineering and technology;
• large, practical scientific and technical developments in the field of production, processing and storage of agricultural products;
• high results in the development and practical application of new methods and tools in medicine and healthcare;
• scientific, design and technological achievements in the field of construction, architecture and housing and communal services;
• scientific and technical research and development in the interests of the defense and security of the country, the results of which are used in the creation of more advanced military and special equipment;
• works that make a significant contribution to solving problems of ecology and nature protection;
• scientific and research developments that have contributed to improving the efficiency of the real sector of the economy.
The submission of works is made in accordance with the Procedure for submitting works for the Government of the Russian Federation awards in the field of science and technology for young scientists.
Works are accepted at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation until April 15, 2010.
The procedure for submitting papers for the Government of the Russian Federation awards in the field of science and technology for young scientists is published on the website of Tomsk Polytechnic University.
