Also after the age of 40, it is worth making changes in the system of nutrition. If the consumption of salt and simple carbohydrates should be limited, it is better to give up saturated fats, replacing them with unsaturated ones.

The cardiologist advised to eat more plant food, which has a lot of fiber, buy fish of fatty varieties. The presence of the product in the diet at least once a week helps the body to get natural omega-3 fatty acids.

Zukhra Pavlova, endocrinologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, noted that the accumulation of glycation end products (AGEs) is one of the main factors of aging. In this sense, one of the most harmful products - fried bacon, containing more than 90 thousand CRP (and it is already six daily norms).
