Good intentions of HIMRAR and the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology

During the negotiations held between the management of the Research Institute of Chemical Diversity (CW HIMRAR, Khimki) and the Director of the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology of the Federal State University of the Russian Federation, Academician of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor V.G. Kukes, both sides expressed mutual interest in joint research in the field of finding new active chemical compounds for the treatment of diseases of the human Central Nervous system, as well as in the study of pharmacokinetics and metabolism of drugs.
 
Currently, there are all prerequisites to bring the research conducted in the Russian Federation to a qualitatively new level and obtain results that meet all international standards. The most effective way to obtain such results is to combine the scientific potential and significant experience accumulated in Russian institutes and clinics with the latest world–class research technologies mastered in the IIHR and innovative models for the development of science in the country. The purpose of joint research of the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology of the Federal State University of the Russian Federation and the IIHR is to create new promising drugs based on original molecules.
 
This program of preclinical and clinical studies will allow obtaining medicinal candidates to combat severe mental illnesses of a person.   The conducted research will best contribute to the implementation of state policy in the field of improving the health care system in Russia.
 
The content of this Memorandum is not confidential and can be distributed by the Parties independently to attract potential partners and successfully implement a joint project.
