About the electronic form of a personal medical book
In order to switch to electronic document management, integration of electronic personal medical book with other information systems within the framework of the "Single Window" system, Rospotrebnadzor has developed a project of electronic personal medical book.
In order to prevent the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases, mass non-communicable diseases (poisoning), employees of certain professions, industries and organizations, when performing their work duties, are required to undergo preliminary and periodic preventive medical examinations, hygienic training and certification upon admission to work.
In accordance with the current legislation, data on medical examinations, hygienic training and certification are subject to entry in personal medical books. Electronic personal medical book will allow:
- provide real-time Internet access to employers, supervisors, law enforcement agencies to an electronic database of issued personal medical books, admission to work based on the results of medical examinations, the results of hygienic certification.
- to identify and prevent persons from working who have unreliable or falsified data on the passage of medical examinations, the results of hygienic certification, which will ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
- eliminate duplication of medical examinations, hygienic training and certification when an employee moves from one subject of the Russian Federation to another, which will reduce the administrative costs of the business community.
This project was discussed with representatives of the business community, the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises "SUPPORT OF RUSSIA".
A pilot project for the introduction of an electronic personal medical book will be carried out on the basis of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Moscow.
