RUSNANO will consider a mega folder of applications

According to RIA Novosti, the supervisory board of Rusnano in the first and second quarters of 2011 may consider up to 117 applications for projects with a total budget of 363.3 billion rubles, of which 154.7 billion rubles will be Rusnano funds. These projects have already received positive conclusions from the Scientific and Technical Council and the investment commission under the Board of Rusnano. "In case of a positive decision [of the board], their practical implementation will begin in 2011-2012," the company's materials say.

During 2010, Rusnano received 439 requests for financing projects with a total budget of more than 1.8 trillion rubles, including 556.4 billion rubles from the company's funds, or 28% of the total budget. In total, as of December 31 last year, the state corporation registered 1,184 requests with a total project budget of more than 4 trillion rubles (including funds from Rusnano - almost 1.8 trillion rubles).

"As of the end of 2010, 313 requests with a total budget of 881.9 billion rubles, including 423.4 billion rubles from the state corporation, are under official consideration," Rusnano said in its materials. Earlier it was reported that at the end of 2010, the Supervisory board of Rusnano approved 104 projects with a total budget of 347 billion rubles, in which the share of the state corporation is 40%, or 140.1 billion rubles.
