In China, 400 retired women took part in a bikini contest
In the Chinese city of Tianjin, more than 400 women who turned 55 and over took part in the Grandbikini competition, for which pensioners put on bikinis. The Daily Mail writes about this on Tuesday, July 25.
The competition for older women is organized on the territory of the Tianjin Water Park. According to the newspaper, the competition is held for the third year in a row. According to the organizers, the participants and the audience should, first of all, get positive emotions, and not chase the main prize.
"Participating in a bikini contest at my age means that I am happy and healthy," said 78–year-old cancer winner Ma Jing. In addition to the fashion show, the contestants also took part in a dance and competition of national Chinese costumes.
