II Forum of Innovative Technologies
The purpose of the Forum is to develop concrete proposals to the Government of the Russian Federation on innovative development, including innovative legislation, taking into account the opinions of business, the Russian Academy of Sciences, regional leaders, representatives of foreign innovative companies, according to the press release of the event.
On the first day of the Forum, a joint meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Innovative Legislation under the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for the Promotion of Modernization and Technological Development of the Russian Economy will be held on the following topics: "Personnel support for the formation of an innovative economy" and "State policy in the field of commercialization of innovative technologies". The moderator will be Ekaterina Popova, Assistant to the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Head of the Interdepartmental Group on Innovative Legislation under the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
On the second day of the InfoSpace Innovative Technologies Forum, the Plenary session will discuss the conditions for financing innovative development of enterprises, state policy in the field of stimulating the creation and implementation of innovative technologies, the main directions for improving legislation in the field of innovation policy, prospects and opportunities of the Skolkovo project, Russia's accession to the WTO and other issues.
