Acceptance of applications for participation in the Russian-German international cooperation program has begun
The Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere begins collecting applications for participation in the International Programs competition, which is aimed at supporting Russian organizations involved in the implementation of innovative projects within the framework of bilateral and multilateral international cooperation programs, confirmed by agreements and memoranda signed by the Foundation.
The competition is aimed at supporting enterprises that carry out promising developments and have foreign partners, through interaction in which it is possible to increase the competitiveness of their products and commercialize the results of scientific and technical activities by gaining access to advanced technologies and expertise, as well as the opportunity to bring their (as well as jointly developed) products to foreign markets:
Subprogram No. 7: "Russian-German International Cooperation Program" (the partner of the international consortium is Germany, the financing organization is the German Ministry of Science and Research (BMBF).
Grants are provided to small innovative enterprises in the amount of no more than 11.5 million rubles, subject to co-financing from own and (or) attracted funds of third parties in the amount of at least 50% of the grant amount. The R&D completion period is 18 or 24 months.
On the part of Germany, the participation of two organizations is mandatory: a small enterprise and a scientific organization (or University).
The competition is open to legal entities that comply with Federal Law 209-FZ of 24.07.2007, who have submitted applications with the necessary documents attached in the Fund's information system. The list of criteria and the evaluation procedure are presented in the Program Regulations.
Applications are accepted from 18:00 (Moscow time) on January 29, 2016 to 12:00 (Moscow time) on April 19, 2016.
The review period may not exceed 120 calendar days from the date of the deadline for accepting applications.
