The seventh EU Framework Program: competition for the section "People"

On April 4, the next competition for the section was announced The seventh Framework program of the EU "People" – Initial Training Networks (Initial professional training of researchers). According to the terms of the competition, the training of young researchers (up to 4 years of research experience) is carried out by a group of organizations from EU member states or associated countries (at least three), as well as from "third" countries (including Belarus), i.e. a network of organizations. They jointly form a training program, recruit young scientists both to study online during the project (the maximum duration of projects is 4 years), and to participate in individual events (summer schools, conferences, seminars, etc.) organized within the framework of the training program by member organizations of the network.

The trainees can be young researchers who have a permanent job in the partner organizations of the project, as well as young researchers from other organizations and other countries, including "third" ones. The subject of the projects is not limited.

It should be noted that this scheme of all those operating under the People program (the previous name is the Marie Curie program) traditionally receives the most funding from the European Commission.
