Our innovations are the most innovative!

As the Amitel news agency reports (with enthusiasm and without a shadow of doubt), on February 1, the official awarding ceremony of the winners and laureates of the annual regional competition of innovative projects "New Altai – 2010" was held in Barnaul within the walls of the regional administration.

In the nomination "The best innovative idea", the first place was taken by the project "Biotechnology of accelerated and effective reproduction of new promising varieties of blueberry for the Altai Territory", developed under the guidance of Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Biological Faculty of Altai State University Galina Sokolova. The implementation of the idea will allow to grow highly productive blueberry seedlings on an industrial scale.

In the nomination "Promising innovative project", the winner was the project "Research, development and organization of production of dies adapted to the flour of Altai producers for enterprises of the pasta industry of the region".

In the nomination "Successful start", the first place goes to CJSC "Plant of protective Coatings" with the project "Development and serial production of economical and small-sized molding equipment for the production of construction arbolite blocks from wood processing waste". The implementation of the project is aimed at the disposal of wood waste with the production of heat-efficient building material.
